Applying thermal barrier to a set of Brodix Aluminum Iron Killer 180 heads and intake manifold for maximum temperature control inside the combustion chambers. The chambers were coated along with the face of the valves, then the bottom of the intake manifold was coated to help keep the incoming air charge as cool as possible. All this adds up to more power! With the thermal barrier also added to the top of pistons, the engine builder can run more compression and timing before running into issues with pre detonation.
