This was an all stainless steel AKM that started to have issues with spot rust here n there. The closest thing to the original color and looked was Shimmer Aluminum and it was decided to coat the entire thing! Seriously it is a bling bling eye catcher now!
With rust developing in the nooks and crannies this Remington 700 needed some help. Client could not decide on what color, so I suggested both! He then settled for a color fade 1/2 down the barrel.

This Remington 700 needed to be rebarreled and refinished. Pulling the old barrel we realized it needed to be more than just quickly cleaned up. Cerakote to the rescue! The receiver and the bolt assembly was coated in Graphite Black Cerakote before the new barrel was finished torqued into place.
This old Ruger MK-I pistol in Magpul FDE will see decades more use now that it is protected from the rusting effects of the Washington coast!

We repaired and Cerakoted this very interesting build for the client. With a distressed American flag, the steampunk-themed HK 91 / G3 had some modern updates. It has an adjustable stock with a cheek riser for a scope, a rail, and the names of fallen loved ones. Certainly an eye-catcher!

This Browning had seen some action. Rust was starting to take its toll on the internal parts and external screws. Gun metal grey Cerakote to the rescue! Once again it is ready to battle the elements for many more years to come.
This was a very fun project converting an AKM to have an under folder stock, then to Cerakote it Gloss Black H-109 with the dark Plum furniture. Client supplied parts, the conversion was seamless.
