Does the 1.2 nozzle & needle come standard with the LPH-80 or do you have to purchase this separately?

The LPH-80 comes with a 0.8 needle & nozzle. The 1.2 tip needle & nozzle will need to be purchased separately.

Do you have to use the 1.2 fluid nozzle and needle? I’m sure it’s preferred but can you spray a quality coating of W-400 Glacier Chrome with the original 0.8 needle and nozzle?

You need to use the 1.2 tip needle and nozzle when applying the W-400 Glacier Chrome, to ensure that you can apply a wet glossy coat and the Cerakote will pass through the HVLP smoothly. Using a 0.8 needle and nozzle will give a rough, dry spray like finish and most likely clog up the tip of the spray gun, causing issues.
