Cerakote® Dry Film Lubricant is a first-to-market, PFAS-free, ceramic-based coating engineered for extreme durability and low-friction performance in high-wear environments. Formulated with advanced solid lubricants, it delivers superior efficiency, abrasion resistance, and REACH/RoHS compliance without relying on fluoropolymers. It is an easy to apply, fast curing (15 mins), direct to substrate coating - no primer or top coat is needed.
Ideal for aerospace, defense, automotive, and industrial applications, this coating cures fast at low temperatures, integrates easily into any production workflow, and outperforms traditional options like Molykote®, Teflon®, and Xylan®.
