CERAKOTE^® Catalyst Mixing Calculator

Instructions

Follow these steps:

1. Enter your Cerakote H, Elite or F Series product number (example: H-146)
2. Select your catalyst ratio
3. Enter the weight of the coating prior to adding catalyst
4. Click, "CALCULATE"
5. Add the amount of catalyst to your Cerakote that is displayed
6. Mix Cerakote and Catalyst thoroughly
7. Click Reset to begin mixing your next Cerakote color

Notes:

• DO NOT mix Cerakote and catalyst in plastic containers as this will compromise the integrity of the coating
• DO NOT exceed the recommended Cerakote to catalyst mixing ratios
• Your Catalyst Weight – This is the weight in grams of catalyst that needs to be added to your selected Cerakote
• Your Total Weight – The total weight of Cerakote weighed and catalyst needed is displayed here
• Mixing in glass graduated cylinders is recommended. A list of approved plastics is available in the Elite & H-Series and F Series Training Manuals
• Use only the recommended strainer size for each coating that is available on each Cerakote bottle and TDS
