Interesting story, the original Ruger was somehow placed on the stove of our customer, his daughter in law accidentally turned the stove on and the frame was ruined. FOG sent off the original frame to Ruger to get a replacement and the used midnight blue on the firearm to restore the metal to the original color. End result, looks brand new!!
