Project Story
Customer was stationed on the USS Iowa during her 3rd recommissioning. The customer also sent a piece of the original teak deck and wanted me to incorporate it into the rifle some how. I spoke with Curt Ullery of CustomGrips and he made the awesome grip panels for the 1911 style grip. I also got my father-in-law to turn a pen for the customer from a piece of the teak. Customer was absolutely thrilled with the outcome.
