Washroom Accessories - Taps

We applied a Cerakote ceramic coating to a range of commercial washroom brassware and stainless steel accessories, designed for high-use environments. The key requirement was durability. These components are handled constantly and cleaned with strong chemicals, so the finish needed to hold up over time without degrading, discolouring, or losing its appearance. Using an ultra-thin ceramic coating, we were able to protect the surface without affecting tolerances or fit—particularly important across mixed materials like brass and stainless steel. The result is a consistent, high-quality finish with strong resistance to wear, corrosion, and aggressive cleaning regimes. All parts were processed in controlled batches to ensure colour consistency and repeatable quality across the full run. This approach supports reliable, large-scale supply for washroom solution providers and OEMs, where consistency from one batch to the next is critical.
