Prosthetic Components

Ceramic coating application using Cerakote for precision components used within prosthetic limb assemblies. The project required an ultra-thin, highly durable coating applied to small, complex geometries, with strict control of film thickness to maintain critical tolerances, fit, and mechanical function. Particular attention was given to edge definition, moving interfaces, and fine features. A uniform, high-quality matte finish was achieved across all components, meeting both functional and aesthetic requirements for high-end prosthetic devices. Components were processed in controlled batches to deliver consistent coverage, repeatable quality, and reliable finish uniformity across the full production run
