Automation-Plus, Inc provides a variety of product identification and marking solutions to industrial manufacturers. Our products and solutions are used in aerospace, pharma, automotive and food industries. We manufacture and finish our products in our 16000 ft2 facility in Wichita, KS. Due to the range of environments our equipment must withstand, we have used a variety of finishes to combat corrosion. After a fire destroyed our production facilities, we searched for a single solution to meet our future needs. Cerakote not only fit the bill, but also provided a green solution to eliminate the chemical processes we once dealt with.
Our expertise in part marking solutions led to the establishment our AS9100D certified parts marking operation where we provide specialty labeling, ink and inkjet marking, dot peen marking, and CO2 and fiber laser marking for customer parts. We recently added laser cleaning services and now offer Cerakote finishing services. Our experience with laser marking allows us to create unique surface variations to Cerakote coatings.
